Traditional Farm Fitness

The original Third Line Class. A 50 minute strategically programmed full-body chipper style workout that allows you to determine your own pace and how far you want to push yourself. Using a combination of cardio, functional movements, body weight, and a variety of different equipment, this workout will have you discovering muscles you never knew you had. From May - October we offer both an indoor and outdoor version of this class. When you go to sign up it will be indicated if it is an indoor or outdoor class.

Strength

This 50 minute class is designed to help you build muscle using weights. Plan to work slow and steady with a focus on form.

Circuit

Using a combination of cardio, functional movements, body weight, and a variety of different equipment, this 50 minute circuit-style workout will have you discovering muscles you never knew you had.

Yoga - Community Flow

A slower-paced vinyasa class that focuses on intentional movement and breath awareness. This class is ideal for those new to yoga, those returning to their practice, or anyone looking to move with more mindfullness and less intensity. Designed for your to get out of your head and into your body. 100% of the proceeds of this class will be donated to the North Gower Food Bank.

Yin Yoga

Starting Monday nights on August 11th at 8pm

Energy Classes

Energetic Release

In this 60 minute practice you will be guided through gentle static postures & movements to facilitate deep rest and to shift and release stagnant energy stuck in your body. Harnessing universal life force energy, throughout the session Energy Healing + Clearing is performed. Gentle hands on assists with essential oils may be performed to enhance the results and benefits of the session which are to help you feel rested, restored, and better connected to your body. At Third Line, you work 1:1 with your Physiotherapist. No machines, no assistants.
