Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy at Third Line goes beyond just treating symptoms—it’s about uncovering the real source of whats holding you back. Our physiotherapist, Aneeka, brings over 15 years of private practice orthopaedic experience. Her approach is rooted in curiosity and fascination with the complexities of human body, precision, and empathy. Since her first day in practice, Aneeka has found she achieves the best outcomes for her patients with manual therapy (hands on treatment).
Aneeka knows from her own athletic background how frustrating it feels to deal with injuries that never seem to fully heal. Her focus is on finding the true source of pain or dysfunction and thus takes a whole-body approach to treatment.
At Third Line, physiotherapy is more than symptom management—it’s about improving your quality of life.

A big-picture lens. She looks beyond the obvious, considering how past injuries or other areas of your body beyond where you are experiencing pain might be affecting your current issue.
