  • Community Flow

    A slower-paced vinyasa class that focuses on intentional movement and breath awareness. This class is ideal for those new to yoga, those returning to their practice, or anyone looking to move with more mindfullness and less intensity. Designed for your to get out of your head and into your body. 100% of the proceeds of this class will be donated to the North Gower Food Bank.

    Yin Yoga

    Ease into your week with this quiet, grounding practice. Settle into long-held, supported postures (3-5 minutes) that target the fascia, joints, and connective tissues - releasing deep tension, soothing the nervous system, and preparing the body for rest. A quiet, cozy space to unwind.

  • The original Third Line Class.

    A 50 minute strategically programmed full-body chipper style workout that allows you to determine your own pace and how far you want to push yourself. Using a combination of cardio, functional movements, body weight, and a variety of different equipment, this workout will have you discovering muscles you never knew you had. From May - October we offer both an indoor and outdoor version of this class. When you go to sign up it will be indicated if it is an indoor or outdoor class.

  • This class is designed to help you build muscle through functional movement patterns. Mobility is also incorporated into the strength programming.

  • Using a combination of cardio, functional movements, body weight, and a variety of different equipment, this 50 minute circuit-style workout will have you discovering muscles you never knew you had.

  • Energetic Release

    A unique meditation, mindfullness & somatic practice.

    In this session you will be guided through various gentle movements and postures to facilitate deep rest and to shift and release stagnant energy stuck in your body. Harnessing universal life force energy, throughout the session Energy Healing + Clearing is performed. Gentle hands on assists with essential oils may be performed to enhance the results and benefits of the session which are to help you feel rested, restored, and better connected to your body.
