Group Fitness Classes
Registration opens up 2 weeks prior to scheduled class date on the Mindbody App.
Maximum class sizes: 12 for strength, 15 for circuit, 10 for yoga
Monday: Traditional Farm Fitness - Noon & Circuit 6:00 pm
Tuesday: Circuit 6:00 pm
Wednesday: Strength - 6:00 pm
Thursday: Traditional Farm Fitness - Noon
Friday: Strength - Noon
Saturday: Circuit 9:30 am
