  • We’ve had the best experiences at third line. Aneeka is an amazing physiotherapist who uses manual technique to help with an assortment of my pains and injuries. 1 on 1 sessions with Chris are great. He listens to concerns and pushes the right amount and fun to chat with at the same time. Newest favourite- Thursday night candlelight yoga sessions. Such a great reset for the body. We especially love when we get to snuggle with the 4 legged friends! Thank you Aneeka and Chris for having such a warm and inviting environment and sharing your vast knowledge.

  • There are so many great things about Third Line Health & Fitness. Chris and Aneeka are wonderful people and the community they've built is even better. Chris is a fantastic trainer that leads us through challenging group classes. I always leave feeling like my butt was kicked, but I also feel stronger and more confident every time I go. The best part is the workouts are never the same. You also can't beat the view! Why look at 4 concrete walls when you can stare at farmland while you workout? And Aneeka, the physiotherapist, is extremely talented at what she does. She's been treating me for various injuries over the last 7 years and I always see results. Earlier this year, I had so much pain in my knee that I couldn't walk on it until after Aneeka suggested using the dry needling technique. I was able to walk without pain almost immediately after she treated me. I can't recommend this place enough! If their exceptional services aren't enough, just make the drive out for the view (and the goats)!
